[edit] Dragons
The otherkin community boasts a large collection of different varieties of dragons, both terrestrial and non-terrestrial in origin. This means that some otherkin believe that they have Non-Earth origins, such as a different planet, realm, or dimension. As with all claims, it is your discretion whether to believe or disbelieve all information you are told, there is no one right answer.
[edit] General Information
This section will break down some general information on dragons, and some theorys on dragons.
- Some Dragon's have an magical energy source which is generally referred to as "The Core" some call it the "Heart Stone", some call it "Source". It is both corporeal and non-corporeal at the same time, it can sometimes be seen as a second heart chakra, to those who are able to see such things[1].[Theory]
- Some Dragon's of old where able to change their shape, generally to only one specific form, most often humanoid in nature with only some basic cosmetic alterations possible. This skill was mastered in order to allow easier communication and interactions with other species.[Citation Needed]
[edit] Stereotypes
Here is an incomplete list of stereotypes about dragons which can frustrate some dragons.
- Dungeons and Dragons does not offer correct information on dragons.
- Color does not define any species on what they look like, how they act, size, shape, lifestyle, food source, living arrangements.
- Wyverns are a different species, not dragons.
