Filing as a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity
Clodaus is currently working on gathering the necessary information and completing the required documents for filing with New York State and the IRS as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity. More information can be found on the Community Forums.
Clodaus is currently discussing the process with a lawyer who has been generous enough to share her time. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
