If you need to contact The Otherkin Community for whatever reason, please do not hesitate! We will attempt to aid you in whatever way we can. There is no guaranteed response time, as support representatives donate their time and are not available at any specific hours. However, we will attempt to get back to you as soon as possible (generally within three business days).

If you believe any of the services offered by The Otherkin Community are being abused, please send a message to this department. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Please report any technical problems with any services to this department. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Problems accessing any of the websites or services
- Technical errors with any of the websites or services (posting, editing account information, etc)
- Unable to access the chat or problems with IRC services
- Slow website/chat speeds

The Board should be contacted only for issues regarding:
- Questions/comments regarding the corporation or any services that cannot be answered by any other department
- Questions, comments, or to report violations regarding staff members (violations should never be sent to any other department to ensure that the offending staff member cannot intercept the message)
